How to use
One full scoop (25g). New users — start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
DOSAGE · 1 SCOOPCombine with 250-300ml ice-cold water in your shaker. Shake hard for 5 seconds.
WATER · 250MLDrink 20-30 minutes before training. Don't sip — slam it.
TIMING · T-25Stim peak at 45-60 mins. Focus and pump last 90-120 mins post-ingestion.
